1. Digital Products Nature

TaxPundit provides digital “Information-As-A-Service” through AI search, judgment downloads, and Deep Research E-books. By purchasing a credit or subscription, you acknowledge that the value is delivered immediately upon the execution of a search or generation of a file.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and the immediate availability of downloadable content (Judgments, E-books, and Topic Packs):

• Non-Refundable: All purchases made on app.taxpundit.org are final and non-refundable.
• Consumption of Credits: Once a “Sniper” query is executed or a “Deep Research” project is initialized, the credit is considered consumed as our AI servers have performed the processing.
• Instant Access: As files are made available for immediate download upon purchase, we cannot offer the 3-day window available on our main informational site.

Note: This policy applies specifically to the digital tool at app.taxpundit.org. Main site subscriptions follow separate terms.

3. AI Accuracy & Usage

While our AI engine (The Sniper) is highly precise, user acknowledges that AI can occasionally generate incorrect summaries. Users are required to verify the raw PDF judgment provided with every search before citing it in any legal forum. TaxPundit is not liable for any legal decisions made based on AI-generated content.

4. Data Retention

Your search history and research projects are saved for 30 days. After this period, files may be purged from our active servers. Please ensure you download and save your PDF copies upon generation.
